NO DELIVERY WHEN SCHEDULED #2- I ordered flowers on behalf of my father for my mother, for Valentines Day. I placed the order at 1:47pm,gave my credit card # and was promised a delivery of "BEFORE 5PM" I called at 4:30pm to get a status on my order, Sheneke the store clerk ,who took my order, left me on hold for 12 min, so I called back after I left work at 5pm and she told me she was not able to find my order. I asked if my card was charged, she said :I dont know" she placed me on hold,although I could still hear the conversation she was having with another lady in the shop and told her the order was forgotten on "the table" she proceeded to apologize that my order was not placed or delivered as promised. She said that she would charge my card if I still wanted the order and they would deliver it within 30 minutes due to the inconvenience of my mother not receiving her flowers during business hours from her husband ON VALENTINES DAY--The moment was lost! I told her if they can promise that it would be delivered by 5:30-5:40 then yes I would keep the order. My mother left her Job without flowers and a co-worker of hers that received the delivery at 6:30pm called her today 2/15/2013 advising her that yesterday at 6:30pm a gift was delivered for her. My mother works in a medical laboratory, it is 12:08pm right now and she still has not seen her flowers. The owner of the shop ,Neesha told me "DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO, CALL YOUR BANK FOR A CHARGEBACK DISPUTE" AS i will no refund you your money because your mother is enjoying her flowers right now and you want your money back!" Another woman in the laboratory is enjoying my mothers flowers not my mom due to the horrible customer service and not honoring their delivery time. I will never order from this shop. More so--Sheneke lied to her employer telling her that I agreed to the delivery of the flowers by 6:30. Why would I agree to such time when I know my mother is not there to receive the flowers at that time. Neesha advised Sheneke is a recent hire, SHE LIED TO ANEESHA AND TOLD HER I AGREED TO AND ANEESHA TOOK HER WORD!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Rosemary has been my florist for many years. my family florist and all the employees in my office.
I used Rosemary's flower shop after bad experiences with a large online company who charged me a lot of money and never delivered the flowers.
Miss sonia , as far as you are concerned , I disagree with you , and if you expect to give your boyfriends nick name and expect to find him where no one knows him by that name , and worst , he is not at work then you should expect what you got,
Do not blame the shop for your shortcomings.
My understanding is your flowers were delivered at 8.00 pm as instructed by you but your boyfiend had other engagements elsewhere , goodluck to you.The shop did as instructed by you. Next time Miss Sonia . order well ahead for special ocassions and if you still have the same boyfriend , do not send flowers to the Hard Rock, I am surprised the flower shop did that order on Valentines Day! No Delivery When Scheduled. I ordered a Valentine's Beer Mug of Blooms bouquet and chocolate to be delivered to my boyfriend's workplace. Valentine's day passed and he did not receive anything, neither did I receive a phone call from the flower shop. I called them the next day and they said that they could not reach him with the number I provided in order to locate him. But if they had called him, wouldn't that have ruined the surprise!? I had given them my home phone number as his number, because he had just recently lost his cell phone anyways. My boyfriend works at a restaurant at Hard Rock, so they said that they couldn't find his restaurant because Hard Rock is so big. They could have simply asked Hard Rock's front desk for information. I mean, they're in the business of locating people to make deliveries, they should've figure this out. It's already the day after Valentine's and they say they would make another attempt to deliver his gift. I gave them the restaurant's number this time, just in case. I called my boyfriend later that night and he said he still hasn't received anything. So, I called the place back and left a message on their voicemail they better deliver the gift by that night or I want a refund. Still nothing. My boyfriend had two days off after that, so we went on a trip. When he went back to work three days later, he noticed the bouquet in the cooler already all wilted. When I heard that, I called the shop back to get a refund, and they must've got that voicemail three days prior and decided to deliver the gift near closing hour after my boyfriend already left work and the day before we headed off on our trip which is around midnight or later, depending on how busy it is at the restaurant. Now they are giving me an attitude and such a hard time to get a refund that I had to just call my bank to resolve things and am still currently in that process!
