HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/RUDE/OVER PRICED. Horrible shop. I called the store before going in to make sure they had what I was looking for. A gentleman (with a distinguishable accent) answered and told me they had a few of what I needed. I got there and they did NOT have what I needed. I told the man working that I had just called 10 minutes earlier and spoke to him. He denied ever speaking to me and said he had been there all day. The only other people working was a young girl and a little spanish kid who looked about 14. Anyways, after being lied to, the man who I was speaking with told me I'm impatient and crazy and I probably spoke to "Alex". Alex said no she didn't speak to me.. Bottom line. Peace pipe sucks and the only reason people go there is because if you live in broward it's just about the only place you can go. Next time, I will make the drive to Boca to go to Grateful J's or Hemp Factory. This is just one bad experience I have had. I gave them another shot, and this is how it ended. Whomever wrote the comment before mine obviously works there or is the owner because its a bunch of BS. This store sucks! ZERO stars.

Great shop, huge variety, friendly staff. I loved this place, I've only been there about 3 times but they've never once been rude, always friendly, always making sure I have everything I need. The only time I've seen them with a serious face is when people run in acting like a bunch of fools. Like teenagers goofing off thinking they won't be carded. It doesn't make much sense that someone would be kicked out for saying smoke, considering they sell tabacco. Their prices are the best I've seen in Florida for the quality. I don't much care for the apparel but they do have a great line of clothes. Oh, and they had a sale going July 4th 25-75% off everything so their sells are GREAT.

Overall they're friendly, fast, informative if you have ANY questions (not marijuana related) and for me have always had a smile on their face.

WORST customer service. I hate these people who work here. I accidentally said "smoke" while we were talking about incense and the guy THREW me out of the store. I was like "Wait, stop yelling at me. It was an accident..." It's so funny that they treated me like a cop when I WAS a frequent customer. Then the guy behind the register started cursing, saying "GET THE F*** OUT OF THE STORE" then he chased my husband out while running after him with his fists flying. They have the worst customer service. I would recomend going anywhere else but here.

Also, they ID'd me when I walked in the store, even though I'd been there before, and it was annoying because I said, "Hey, I'm not buying anything, only my husband is, I don't want to go back to my car." and they made me go anyway to grab an ID. I go back inside, and I see a 2 month old baby in the back... the whole store smells like tobacco and there's a baby in the back crying... this place was awful.

top of the line pieces. hello, this headshop carries nice glass pipes, the only plausible complaint i can see is that many people are complaining about the prices of higher end dichroic glass and probably dont appreciate its value. sure there are cheap glass pipes at every run down gas station but this place sells true functional pieces of art.

i have owned several dichroic glass pieces but my favorite has come from here.

WOW !. This headshop is the best. I have found my special place to shop. Great American made pipes & bongs, and lots to choose from. Vaporizers, hookahs, scales & lots of other stuff.

This store is cool, but for "tobacco use only" ! First time I went I said the wrong thing & could not buy a pipe. Came back the next day & bought a totally awesome piece. Very friendly people & good karma. I LOVE PEACE PIPE !

I Have Lived Everywhere in This Country and Peace Pipe in Ft. Lauderdale Rocks Them All. I walked into the PeacePipe in Ft. Lauderdale the other day and I got a great deal on a Vaporizer and a grinder! The girl behind the counter explained everything in great detail to me...if not twice lol :) and this was my second time in and i enjoyed the expierance and walked out a happy loyal customer.

I'm not a fan.. I really love the funky and open minded aura of this place but everything really is way too costly and impersonal!! I am not big on the lack of customer service there. I've walked in, looked around, stood in front of a salesperson (and they see me) while glancing at the items in the glass case and walked around a little more and left. Nothing. I go in for the refillable lighters, cigarette cases and maybe in search of a new "tobacco" pipe but overall, if I knew of another store like this I wouldn't go to Peace Pipe. Customer service man! It's what can make or break a business let me tell you.

Gone downhill -Rude salespeople - Overpriced. I collect lighters and at one time this was a great store to go to and hang out at and talk with the people at. I actually used to enjoy spending money at the store. Unfortunately I found out today a lot has changed since 2008 and the atmosphere at the place is overbearing, the prices high and some people downright rude. Something odd is going on there and I am not sure what but I am never going to be seen going in there again.
