BUYER BEWARE! The previous owner of our house got a deal From Appliance Outlet that was too good to be true, on a 40" GE Monogram Built-in Refrigerator, right before they sold us the house. $1,500 for an $8,000 appliance! Problem is we just called GE Service because it isn't cooling anymore. The repairman showed us that all the serial #s had been removed, not only voiding the GE Warranty but also GE WON'T EVEN SERVICE THE UNIT! They compared it to trying to register a car that had it's serial numbers filed down. Lesson learned, when a deal sounds too good to be true. It probably is. It isn't such a good deal if you can't have it serviced when it breaks. Then it is just a $1,500 piece of garbage!
