Disappointed Today. I used to love shopping here until today (09.01.11 @ 4:07pm). I have been seeing a slow decline in good customer service lately at this Publix. Today's shopping experience just validates my fears. I went in to purchase a 1 1/2 lbs. of Mahi Mahi and I asked for the skin and the middle rod of bone to be removed (my usual request). The Publix employee looked at me as if I had two heads, went on a tangent and loudly told me that he could not sell me 1 1/2 lbs. because he had gone over on the cut furthermore, he told me that he does not skin fish and to top it off, told me that that the Mahi had no bones to be cut off. I had to walk away and took my business accross the street to Albertsons. I will be finding another Publix to shop at.

I love publix!. Publix is an amazing place. I know so many people take it for granted but back home in Honduras we don't have anything like it. My wife does all our shopping here and we love it. We also love the deli foods. The location on Commercial is also very good because the people there are really nice.
