DON'T bother buying a Groupon from this company as it looks as though your can use it to order online and you cannot and will not find out until you put in all your information and try to use the coupon. And if you're busy, like me, it is likely to be "after hours" and they don't answer the phone. I saw that they had "now" deals avail. for today but they would not apply my "credit" for the exp. Groupon to the now deal although they didn't say they wouldn't and lead me to believe they would until I placed my order (I inquired in advance.) Then she gave me the total without the "now deal." SUPER RUDE customer service, curt and short and I order a lot of flowers online but NEVER from this company. I just hope what they send will look decent as I see other people say their flowers were not fresh when delivered. I have my fingers crossed but not high hopes. PS I haven't ever given a business a bad on-line review. Seriously pass on this one...
Placed an order last friday, at Boca Raton store, to delivered today. Asked for a simple arrangement of roses and two colors of alstro wrapped nicely together in colored tissue paper. Flowers were delivered today in a BUCKET and not even even arranged together. It was a special occasion.

I used to go shopping at Filed Of Flowers in Davie store,FL. Not anymore after my last order and custom service experience.
I ordered a tropical arrangement for my Mom’s birthday. She loves birds of paradise and also all tropicals last longer.
I had ordered the same arrangement some time ago for a friend of mine and at that time for $60 it was a real beauty -birds of paradise, gingers, orchids, asian lilies, lots of greens.
This time I topped additional $15, hoping that for the price of $75 I’ll get more wonderful creation.
What was my surprise when I was presented with an arrangement where the birds of paradise (which should be the center piece) were absolutely missing.
There were just three gingers, two anthuriums, some orchids and orange lilies.
I asked the manager how it comes that I’m given not the desired and less flowers for more money and he explained to me that the store run out of birds of paradise and also the prices went up and so on.
Nobody from the store even bother to give a call when the order can not be fulfilled as desired.
I had to take the flowers, my Mom was waiting me.
In a week later the bouquet is gone. Dead. It shows me that old flower cuts were used on a top of the overcharge.
I drove back to the store, showed the arrangement to another manager, showed pictures of both tropical arrangements for comparison but I was told exactly the same words like the first time.
I think the store experience the same problems as many other businesses. But is it the right way to save and make money? Ripping off the customer and leaving bitter, unsatisfactory feeling.
I’m definitely very disappointed and I doubt I’ll go back there again.
My husband purchased a dozen roses for me for Valentines Day. I knew when the roses were delivered that they were not fresh. The water was dirty and the stems were showing signs of decay. It only took three days for all of the stems to wilt. It is a shame that the roses could not have even lasted a week. If you are looking for fresh flowers... look elsewhere. You can probably find fresher flowers at a roadside stand.
I called to complain only to find out that they only provide a 5 day guarantee on their roses. All they were willing to offer was a 10% discount on the price. It would have been nice to enjoy the flowers for a bit longer.

For my anniversary I really wanted to go out of the way to make everything special. I had gone out and picked out new furniture, carpeting, drapes for the windows. I planned on having the whole house redone while I was out to lunch down on south beach with my wife.
Our live in nanny would be at the house when they arrived to make sure everything was done properly and would call me when we could go back for the surprise.
I got a phone call all right, the furniture arrived was the wrong color and style and we would have to wait a few days for the correct furniture to arrive. So nix that part of the plan. I figured the new carpeting and drapes would have to do but then I got a call that the wash machine had burst a line somehow and there was water leaking out onto all the floors and the carpet people had just arrived. There was no way to clean up the mess in time.
I had to think fast. I excused myself from the table and just happened across a Field of Flowers truck driving by with the phone number. It said order by 2 for guaranteed delivery same day. It was going on 4, but I had to try . Somehow I was mistakenly yet luckily transferred to the delivery dept instead of the order center and spoke directly with the dispatcher there. I explained my situation. He told me that delivery down to south beach from Davie in Broward county would be difficult at that time of day but contacted one of his drivers and found that he would be back at the store in just a couple of minutes. The dispatcher explained the situation to the driver and he was more than happy to come to my aid after hearing of my ordeal.
I was patched through to their order center who were very helpful and within 2 hours I had flowers delivered to the day spa in the hotel that we would be staying in.
They were breathtakingly gorgeous, she was in tears when they arrived she was so overwhelmed. Sometimes things happen for a reason and when they did Field of Flowers really saved the day.
Best Flower Shop Ever!!!!!. I love Field of Flowers! Every time I call to place an order their customer service people are always friendly and go above and beyond to make sure I'm HAPPY, and I always am!!!! I love to hear from the people I send the flowers to, they tell me how much they love them and how beautiful and fresh they are! I've been living in South Florida for over 23 years and I have never dealt with a company who always tries so hard to make a customer feel special!
Lovely flower shop. I go out of my way to buy the freshest flowers. The selection is enormous. I would recommend to anyone to just walk in and you will see what I mean. I have also taken a few design classes there. They don't mind teaching you how to make your arrangements! There slogan is "Like No other Flowers Store on Earth - and I believe it!
Truly, Lovely, Flowers. Truly, there is no florist that has the selection of Field of Flowers. It's a flower mecca! Even more important is the attention they give to their customers. I love their flowers, and order frequently for friends and family, though I also like to pick up a bunch of flowers for myself. But, I'm not an expert in flower design. Thankfully, every time I, visit someone helps me pick something out that looks beautiful. (They know what they're doing!!) I also appreciate that they have an easy website to use with lots of choices. (I'm not a fan of some of the huge national flower dealers with all their cheesy arrangements. not to mention huge mark up on delivery.) I've recommended them to all of my friends. You can't and won't find a better florist.
Best flowers in the area.. Had my wedding done 2 weeks ago without a hitch. I drove from Miami (about 30 min) just because of good things a friend told me. Prices were within reason. They have an amazing selection if you go visit.
HORRIBLE!!!. Field of Flowers attempted to do my wedding a week ago. I started meeting with them over 2 months ago to go over all the details of my wedding. I had over 4 in person meetings & 10 e-mails with my consultant and florist. I was having a Sunrise wedding on the beach and wanted to make sure they could accomodate such an early time. I went with them since they were a national company, even though they were more than other florists. A week before the wedding I gave the florist all the cell #s for people in the wedding to contact if there were any problems. The morning of the wedding they were supposed to be there by 5am to set up and meet with my wedding party at 6am. At 5:30am I receive a call from my coordinator that they had not arrived. We called the answering service who apologized and said they would call us right back. They never did. At 6am we called again and they told us they were trying to get in touch with someone and would call us right back. They never did. The wedding was set to start at 6:30am, with seating at 6:20am. They finally arrived at 6:20am!!!!! She NEVER once called or anything. My family had to help deliver the flowers to the beach. All my guests arrived to NO flowers. The wedding started late & we had to cut out a lot to make the sunrise. It's not like it could have been delayed! And then for my reception at 4pm, they were supposed to have everything set up by 3pm, but didn't even show up until then. The florist could not face me so sent the delivery driver, who had no clue how to set the flowers up and I had to direct him on all issues. I should not have been in tears the morning of my wedding not knowing if they would show up or not. I never received one call from them apologizing. I have placed calls with them demanding my full refund. I was promised a call in a day and never received it. I will probably have to pursue legal action against them. They are horrible. BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOU REQUEST ANYTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY! HORRIBLE!!!
