WARNING!. WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS AGENT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. THEY DO NOT KEEP UP TO DATE RECORDS AND WILL NOT CONTACT YOU IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES TO YOUR POLICY. THEY CANCELLED MY INSURANCE BECAUSE OF AN ADJUSTMENT TO MY POLICY, BUT SENT THE NOTIFICATION TO AN ADRESS I HAD 6 YEARS PRIOR. NO APPOLOGIES, NO CARE, NO CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMER. IT MAKES ME SICK TO THINK THAT I INSURED SEVERAL VEHICLES WITH THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS (TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY NEVER MADE A CLAIM, JUST PAID MY BILLS ON TIME). THEY TURNED ME OVER TO THE STATE FOR THE NON-PAYMENT OF $63.00 AND HAD MY LICENSE REVOKED. I ALMOST SPENT THANKSGIVING IN JAIL, AND ENDED UP WITH SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS IN TICKETS BECAUSE I HAD NO IDEA ANY OF THIS HAD HAPPENED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENT!

Absolute NIGHTMARE. My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. A woman named Vicky set me up a policy for MY CAR in my mother's name (my mother is already a member with StateFarm) by mistake, and after deciding to cancel the policy over my initial frustration with the woman not even being able to set up a policy (less than 24 hours after I established it) in my own name, she left the extra policy in my mother's name in limbo and NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! Now they are issuing a direct deposit into my mother's bank account because they can't give me my money back (even though I paid with my debit card) because the policy was never in my name (which was most certainly not my mistake- they took the payment BEFORE they sent me the retainer). PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!
