Absolute NIGHTMARE

My experience with this company was an absolute nightmare. A woman named Vicky set me up a policy for MY CAR in my mother's name (my mother is already a member with StateFarm) by mistake, and after deciding to cancel the policy over my initial frustration with the woman not even being able to set up a policy (less than 24 hours after I established it) in my own name, she left the extra policy in my mother's name in limbo and NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY! Now they are issuing a direct deposit into my mother's bank account because they can't give me my money back (even though I paid with my debit card) because the policy was never in my name (which was most certainly not my mistake- they took the payment BEFORE they sent me the retainer). PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION!
