Always a pleasant experience. My dog loves Dr. Chris!
Thank you very much for the beautiful flowers and also for your beautiful card signed by everybody, really appreciate your thoughtfulness. It was very hard to put Stone to sleep after 17 years of loving him. I miss him terribly, see him, hear him, and feel his presence and the house is not the same. He is in our hearts forever.
To the doctors and staffs, we can't thank you enough for all that you did to save our dear Honey's life. It is so comforting to count you all as a blessing in our lives.
You helped to keep him comfortable, healthy and a happy guy, even when we found out at age 3 he had so many problems. He lived a much longer and happy life than he would have had it not been for your great skill and compassion to keep him at his fullest potential.
Thank you all so much for the car and flowers. It was very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
Hell no worst freaking hospital to take your animal do yourself a favor and take him somewhere else i was told my puppy was really ill and need to stay or he will die my friend is a vet call her in nyc and she advise me to take him somewhere else how right she was i took him somewhere else was giving medication and know he is fine they will scare the hell out of you just to let your pet intern and charge ridiculous amount i can believe how they play with people's feelings that'ss not etical at all.
I honestly do not know about Dr. Deane... I got an appointment with Dr. Munoz, because she is Latina and spoke Spanish. (I feel more comfortable seen latino Doctors, even for myself) I have to say, this place is spotless! I have never seen a clinic this clean. The staff was very friendly and you can tell everyone love animals. My first impression of Dr. Munoz was that she is very young and sweet, but don't let that fool you. I have never seen a vet that is so thoroughgoing during an examination. She is very calm and takes her time to educate, explain the diagnosis/test results and treatment, and answer every single one of my silly questions. Extremely knowledgeable in my opinion, and had never received this type of treatment with a vet, I felt involved and that my dog was safe! And guess what, my dog, adored her, it kept licking her and waving its tail! This is like a miracle since my dog hates vets and became a nervous wreck anytime we had visited a clinic. The prices seemed fair and I will definitely recommend Dr. Munoz to every dog owner I know.
Addison always enjoyed the most wonderful care and concern from all of you. Doc, thank you so much for giving Addison such gentleness and dignity in her final moments.
Enough with the Bashing- – I have been a client of Dr.Deane for literally 16 years. Before he even got his own practice. Bottom line, the economy is in the crapper, and everything is more expensive. He has a very clean clinic, in a nice area of Weston. That has a cost. I think there have been charges that have been high sometimes, but when I approach him like a human being instead of railing him cowardly on the internet, he has adjusted accordingly. I stayed with him because when (4) other vets mis-diagnosed my dog, he figured out what the problem was. Furthermore, he recognized at that time we was not qualified for the procedure and sent me to the surgeon that literally saved my dogs life and gave us an extra (5) years with her. Tell me, what is the price tag I should put on that? Paying vet bills sucks just like every other bill, but Dr.Deane is not a bad guy or an uncaring vet.
My latest visit to Weston Animal Hospital was not successful nor was it pleasant. My cat had been in the hospital for 3 days. I never received a phone call from Dr. Deene during her stay. I called several times and was told by the front desk that the doctor was busy and would get back to me. Also at the onset I was quoted a price for the 3 day stay and had to pay half on the first day which I did. Since the bill has high I asked if I could be placed on the payment plan. When I arrived to pick up my cat, I was told there isn't a payment plan, I was hit with additional charges and needed to pay before I saw the doctor or my cat. When I asked what the diagnosis was I waited an additional 20 minutes before I saw Dr. Deene who did not have a conclusive diagnosis and suggested an additional test for an additional $450.00. My bill at this point was over $1,000.00. Since I couldn't be placed on the payment plan I asked the front desk to delay payment until the following day. She agreed but I would have to pick up my cat the next day.
Needless to say I'm out over $1,000.00 without a conclusive diagnosis but at least I have my cat who wil be visiting a more compasionate vet.
