I come from another state where they treated my dog amazingly. i never had a complain about her and had many comments about how easy was to cut her nails. I took her to the animal hospital in Weston by 84 to simply get her nails cut, from the beginning they took her to a separate room, didn't ask me anything about her or even play with her. At that moment i went to see through a window and was astonished to see 3 people holding my 18 pound dog down by one of them putting his elbow on her neck and his whole arm across her body, while pushing his weight on top of her. The girl cutting her nails was just grabbing her paw and carelessly cutting her nails and the 3rd woman the assistant manager was helping to hold her down while my dog cried like i've never heard before. I immediately went inside and told them to stop and to give me back my dog. The woman cutting her nails responded back to me aggressively and told me they were almost done, I said give me back my dog while she kept repeating you must pay and treated me disrespectfully and screamed at me in front of the 2 people, not even caring about my dog crying and whining. i paid for an unfinished job, a nightmare for my dog, horrific service, very unprofessional and very uncaring for animals, they just want money. I will not recommend this place to anyone that loves their pets.
