The technician called when the office said he would and showed up on time. He was professional and did an inspection of my system before recommending additional services. I would reccommend their services.

I take back every word I said on March 16, 2013. Unreliable, unprofessional, have been waiting 4 consecutive weekends for them to come and fix the floor and door frame they burned and to bring the air filter I bought and was measured wrong. Not even a courtesy phone call to tell me they are not coming. Alex, the manager or supervisor, does not return phone calls when he promises to call you back. No one there knows what they are doing or saying. I should have followed my instincts when I read the bad reviews and not contact them but decided to give then the benefit of the doubt. They will still have to hear from me but I know it will give me lots of headaches as they lack customer service after they get your money.

I had a great experience with universal air and heat the guy came out on time and did a great job and the price was not bad at all, there are allot of company that say one thing and then do another but I will say this one stands apart from the rest and ill continue to use them and recommend there services.

I had a very good experience today. Jason was very professional, knowledgable and aware of and careful with the surroundings inside of my home. He was very informative as it related to different products and services that would help to ensure that the quality of the air in my home was the very best it could be. I truly appreciate the fact that he answered all of my many questions with a smile and never once made me feel that I was borrowing him. Thank you once again for a job well done and the care you took in getting the job done.

I'm happy with the service I received today from Stacy & Joey. They were extremely professional, well-spoken and informative. I did not feel like they were trying to deceive me into thinking I needed more services than were required, which I must admit, is always a fear I have when I call in companies like Universal. They were pleasant as well and I believe the job they did will make a huge difference to the air quality in my home. I will make sure to write their names down and keep Universal's number handy for the next time I need air conditioning service.

Very proffesional company from the inital phone call through the completion of the job. The tech was on time and took the utmost care by using shoe covers when entering my house and cleaning up when he was done. I would highly recommend them.

Very happy!!!! I called Universal Air & Heat today because my heater wasn't coming on and they sent someone out within 2hours, it was emergency charge but not bad for a sunday 99.00 to come out when everyone else I called was 175.00. I thought it was was going to be expensive but the guy was just amazing and honest aperiently the other company that I use to install new unit never hooked up the heat cable wires, he connected the cables and my heat was working and barley charged me extra :) thanks Jonas your the best.
