Miracle acres is the best place. They will take care of your dog because they are dog's lovers.They are answering to all their needs,My dog Yogi love to go to Miracle Acres.To him this is like a vacation

Not as good as I thought. I have used your kennel twice since I moved down to Florida when needed to have my dog to be on good hands while going away for a couple of days. The 1st time I was very content, the natural surrounding of the location, the friendly crew, the fairly rate of the facility, etc. not counting the fact that my dog acted very happy when I went to picking up, when we got home he was full of energy, My wife and I were very happy by the results, specially when you are leaving your precious dog with new people in a new place.

Unfortunately the 2nd time wasn't same; He was smelling bad and even though he got a bath he looked dirty still, at the pick up time we just thought that was because he was still wet, when we got home he acted very submissive, always looking with sad eyes, we thought he was tired and that he will eventually come back to his normal state, we try to comfort him, but didn't seem to work, we also gave him some space and left him alone for a little bit to see if he possibly felt better, but his smell was very bad and when I call him up to come to me he started limping, I checked him up and he was all red everywhere, both under pit, he was bleeding on his right leg by the elbow, looked like he had a rush, even at that time we thought that probably the humidity and heat were the reason for his reaction, mi wife cleaned him up and also notice that his testicles were very pink and inflamed.

We decided that will be taking him to the vet but before to the kennel to make sure there was record of what was happening with our dog, we will not forgive ourselves if this happens again to any other dog, specially when you are expecting to have a crew of professional people taking care of your pet and even more when you are paying for it. I wouldn't mind pay more as long as my dog is well treated and is not under any kind of health risk or even death.

I am writing because I am absolutely disappointed about this situation and to be quite honest I wouldn't recommend your Kennel to anyone, even though I already did it in the past.

Best Kennel that my pets have experienced. Normally after returning from a trip my Penny looks upset, very unhappy. Not only was the serviced we receive great but you could defenatly see the difference in Penny. She came back Happy I have recomended them to all my friends and we feel greatful that we found a great place to leave our dogs.

Home away from Home for my dog. What a beautiful facility and large yards for the dogs to run around! I travel frequently for work and my Jack Russel mix is happy to go back to this place! That tells me everything! The staff know her and you can tell they just LOVE dogs, they talk about them as if they were their own. The place is very clean, all the dogs have water in their run, and the staff is busy letting the dogs out in the separate yards a few times a day. My dog is tired and excited when I pick her up and she has "chasing" dreams afterwards....I know she has had fun.

Excellent Care. I have seen first hand the care and attention the dogs who board at Miracle Acres receive. I volunteer at their shelter and all the staff there love each and every dog with all of their heart. They are staffed 24x7 to ensure the safety of your furry family member, and all the kenels are clean with fresh water and lots of trips outside daily! You also have the added benefit that the cost of the stay is going to help other less fortunate dogs find their forever home :)

Our dogs were well taken care of!. We had a great experience boarding here. The manager was very knowledable and loving. We felt good being away from home knowing they were in good hands.

These people love dogs!!. I only wish there was a place like this that i could leave my kids. lol LArge dog run so my crazy Jack russel had plenty of leg room. I would definietly reccomend this place. I worry about leaving Oscar at any other place, here he probably gets more attention than at home.

I never worry about dog when she is at Miracle Acres. I have boarded my dog at several places and this was by far the best priced. The treatment of the dogs there is fantastic. They let the dogs run around quite frequently and she seemed to be very happy when i picked her up. Thank you and happy holidays to the satff there.
