Mother's Day Special 2012. My husband boughtme the best Mother's day gift, or I thought...He spent over $500 on a massage and facial. My appointment time was for 12:00pm, they said to come in early and I could use their hot tub, sauna, steam room, etc. Well as it turns out, I didn't get taken back to the massage until 12:15pm, then it was over by 1:20pm, and since it was a 80 min massage, i got a bit taken, then after that I was due for my facial which was actually booked a hour after my massage was finished. So I am stuck there, butt naked in a robe, don't know anyone, and noone there was able to help me or even make me feel welcome, I was left just wandering around aimlessly, when my time is just as valuable as theirs. I totally understand Mother's Day is one of the craziest times of the year, but being a Mom and having this package, I WAS NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Waste of time and especailly money....I definatly WILL NOT be returning there for any procedures, they should have had more staff and a better flow of things as well as making us Mom's feel special, instead of just another body in their establishment. Oh and that's right, all that money my husband spent on me, LUNCH WAS NOT INCLUDED!!!!.....…

Disappointed. I purchased a Groupon that included a deep-conditioning treatment, cut and blow-dry. Let me start by saying the shampoo and conditioning treatment was excellent so I was looking forward to a great haircut. My stylist, Lana, then proceeded to comb my shoulder-length wavy hair straight and cut along the bottom. That's it. Her "cut" took less than 5 minutes. The blow-dry was about the same amount of time, and my hair was still damp when I left the salon. I am amazed that a company would offer a Groupon and then proceed to give subpar services. What a disappointment - needless to say I won't be back.…

let's be honest. Anyone who has ever really been to this spa knows the staff is not the friendliest or professional. It is pretty obvious from reading the positive reviews that these are written by the spa employees, you can see the exact same review writen by different people, just cut and paste. The spa is beautiful to look at but way overpriced. The customer service is mediocre. There are 1 or 2 facialists and massage therapists that are really good but there is a lot of turnover which tells you that employees are not happy there. They are congregating out on the patio or near the stairs and just stare at you when you walk up the stairs like annoyed that their break time is over. The owner is anything but professional as anyone who has ever complained to her would know. I only go there to get my hair cut by my favorite stylist. Anyone who has ever been there knows the front desk staff is slooowwww and NOT very knowledgeable. And this you can believe is an honest review not writen by the spa owner or one of her employees…

Life Changing Experience. I have had a lot of stress in my life with a career change. The moment you step through the doors it is like being transported to a fairy land. Fanit chooses her employees with love and high expectations and they in return give much of themselves. You really feel their empathy and willingness to make you feel like a whole person when major responsibilities weigh heavy on your shoulders.

I have been coming to this spa for over five years. Christmas and birthdays have become a tradition. I will continue to come and bring my daughters when they are old enough.
