Great service! The Best help and information!

I have been going to this shop for over three years and can not say enough about Rob and his staff. My wife and I took up bowling three years ago with a local league and went to Lou's. Rob spent a lot of time with us on the different types of bowling ball and weights. We picked our bowling ball and then after a month we where not doing to well so we called Rob. He said he could meet us at the alley and see how we were throwing. Long story short our scores and averages went way up over the next month, over 40 pins for me, and we have recommended his store time and time again to anyone that needs bowling services.

Also last year we put on a golf tournament in Jupiter and used Lou?s for all our trophies and they had a wide selection with a great price and right on time with no problems.

Rob is a big help to us and I recommend everyone to try him. He never tried to over sell us, I wanted a new ball very expensive, and he told me why I did not need it. Where have you heard that before? Go there and you will be impressed with the service from Rob, Ed, and John! Rob was recommended to us and you know what they saw about word of mouth......

I have been bowling for 40 years and now am shooting my highest scores thanks to the guys at Lou Scalia's. I have found them to be extremely helpful and honest. I travel 20 miles whenever I need anything related to bowling. They are worth the extra miles. Thanks to Rob, Ed and the entire staff for a job well done.

worst service

talk you into a product, i tried the product. would not work for me took it back asked what could be done, exchanged, credit, or refund and was told to get out of store, sworn at and had the bowling ball thrown at me by owner. I left crying. to all bowlers out there i wouldnt buy a thing from that store or let them repair anything.
