I just wanted to say that this has been a terrible experience with this establishment. The customer service is so poor that there are not enough words to describe it. My experience was that I brought a truck in for a tune up on sunday and was told that the truck would be ready on Tuesday after calling every evening since Tuesday the mechanic tells me to pick up the truck in 40 mins. I had to take my kids home and two hours later he calls me to say "guess what dude? your engine blew up" he then proceeds to ask me what I want to do. Kevin the manager had a very nasty attitude and told me that it was on it's way out anyway and that I would need to pay for the new piston and sleeve that they had to put in. When I insisted that I brought my running truck in for a tune up, he had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay for the piston and sleeve that they installed. He then proceeded to tell me that due to my protest on how the matter was handled that I would be no longer welcomed back to their store...well although you are a big hobby store, you are certainly not the only one and many people read the internet and will see how many customers you all disrespect with your behavior....it's really surprising that businesses still have people with this arrogance still working for them...well serve me right...that what you get from going with the big hobby shops.
terrible service do not go there !! they give us very bad service they can join shiti bank (same crap) unprofessional and very expensive do not go there !!!!
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I called ahead to inquire about a specific product and was told by the department manager, Carlos, that they had the product in stock and he quoted me a price for the product. This was important to me since the store is at least thirty miles from my house and my truck is not great on gas mileage. When I got there he brought the item to me and them put a price sticker on it that was several dollars higher than the price he quoted me. I believe he must remember the previous times I had been in the store and spent hundreds of dollars there, but he did not care. The store still would have made money on the transaction if he honored the price that he quoted me, but he had a nasty attitude about it and although he admitted to giving me a lower price on the phone, refused to honor that lower price. I have since purchased several hundred dollars of items elsewhere that I could have purchased there. I will avoid doing business with Warrick's from now on unless they have an item that I cannot get elsewhere and need it in a hurry. Carlos's nasty refusal to honor the price he quoted me has cost the store at least a hundred dollars in profit so far the grab $4 from me on one sale.
Shame on you Carlos.
Well, I thought it was good... lol.
My friend and his family took me to a rocket shoot one day. After the shoot, they brought me to Warrick's, where they talked to the friendly workers and started looking at more rockets. It turned out that they go there alot for all their hobbie stuff. While there, I goofed off, since I have barely any interest in doing any hobbies on a regular basis, and played a little on the flight simulators.
The store seemed clean and nice, and the workers seemed welcoming.
Ofcourse, I am pretty sure that you are on your owwn when it comes to telling what thingy to get vs. the other, though.
Since I have NO clue about hobbies and stuff, I don't know if the prices are good or bad. I thought that some of the prices were expensive for a rocket, but my friend and his family said that they were great prices.
HORRIBLE horrible!!!. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Guys, this is the most terrible service in all over the world !! They only know how to sell, but do not give service, NOT PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE over there. We spent thousands $$$ and now stuck with an items that does not work,... go to another hobby shops dont spent your money !!!! be Careful , do not waste your money , they got "rude" and stupid manager her name is Emily ,unprofessional and very bad conductor , DO NOT GO THERE !!!!
Notice to Potential customers:: GET LOST !!!.
Absolutely refused to spend any time helping me upgrade the battery in my son's RC car. Just told me basically to get lost and get it on Ebay.
Since I was into RC and models and have an engineering degree I could possibly become a good customer. However these people are obviously in a downhill curve and could care less about the customer and just care about finishing their hours.
My advice is to take their advice and just buy it at another store or buy it on-line.
