Sawgrass Dental Center. After spending more than $2,000 on dental work (plus what they were paid from my insurance company) they charged me $50 to cancel an appointment because I did not let them know 24 hours in advance. When I explained that I had a work conflict that did not come up until this morning they continued to insist on charge the fee. However, when they had left a message the night before there was no mention of this "office policy". The office assistant was rude and not customer service oriented. I now understand why they insist on you putting your credit card on file. I was informed if I do not pay it they will turn it over to collections. When I said I would be taking my business elsewhere due to poor customer service I was told that that was a good idea. It is blantantly obvious they have no regard for keeping their patients and only care about the bottom line.
