Ripped OFF. Dont believe the guarantee, not true. My Aunt ordered an arrangment, clearly advertised on the FTD website as mixed color 15 tulips and vase. She even gave them the FTD no. for the arrangement, They delivered 8 tulips (which lasted 2 days) and the rest was filled w/baby;'s breath. They refused to refund her the $50.00 she spent and told us that if I wanted to RETURN the cheap one they sent me they would give me 8 mixed tulips. Do not do business with these people they are not trustworthy.
