I took a pet there very recently for an emergency operation. The Doctor was fantastic. They were able to save my dog's life by performing a miracle surgery over memorial day weekend. The price was very reasonable and thousands less that I expected to pay. I would DEFINITELY recommend this Animal Hospital.

I took both my cats here because of a Groupon deal at 9:00am. During the exam they kept pushing for me to get them vaccinated there I said no because they already have a GREAT vet. Then the groomer came in and asked what I wanted for them. I told her I wanted the lion cut for both of them since I had previously gotten that for one of them and loved it. I left them. I never got a call so I went back at 5:00 pm when I got off work they had not finished. The groomer noticed we were watching her and started rushing. She brought them out and my mother took one of them out to check his hair cut out. My mom caught that around one of his nipples he was bleeding the groomer was smart and said oh that's just a nipple. We got him checked out and they gave us some cream to help it heal. The groomer was very disrespectful with us because the cats had fleas and said we lived in a dirty house since the cats had fleas. We have been trying to get rid of the fleas and her comment was not need. She said other rude things and then walked away. We talked to a manger and they said sorry and they would have a meeting with her and the rest of the bosses to talk about her behavior. Besides being rude, she did a horrible job with the grooming. She cut the WHISKER off both my cats! If you are a cat owner hoy know they shouldn't be cute! How is this woman a groomer and doesn't know this?! She cut their hair horrible and left a lot of patches. Overall horrible experience. STAY AWAY!!!!

My cat and I were greeted the moment I walked through the door. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole vet experience that much better. My cat luna has never felt more comfortable with a doctor than she did with Dr. Drew Scarbrough. I was so impressed with the visit and over all cleanliness of the clinic. There prices were fair and the time the Dr. spent with me was invaluable. I am sure to return with all 6 of my beloved pets. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best clinic I've ever been to.

I brought my dog in for a free groom and of course they tried to sell me things I didnt need, then sent my dog home with bloody paws from where the groomer's razor went too deep. I had to rush her to my vet where she was put on antibiotics. When I contacted the clinic, I was told that her nail was nicked! Not true! The injury was to the paw itself, where the hair was removed. They obviously did not care about my dog since no mention was made of the injury. I noticed the blood on the seat when I went to remove her from the car. She was returned with many ticks as well. Thanks for the "free groom" which cost me a vet's visit, medication and trauma to my sweet dog. I will NEVER return to this clinic again!

Be VERY careful. While the groomer is great and the staff is nice- they were EXTREMEMLY misleading on their prices- and even passed off what amounted to fish oil gel tabs as a perscription. They tried to insist my dogs needed to be "checked" even tho they had already ahd their annuals just 2 weeks before. the Dr or techs will never touch my pets again because they are misleading in their prices.

Perfect place for your four legged family pets!!. I wanted to go to Scarbough Animal Clinic because a friend of mine had told me to go there for my pet's yearly visit. I was blown away from the minute I walked in the door! The receptionists were both very friendly. The technicians were super. The vet was great! It was a very busy day, but every single person there treated me like I was the only person there! Will stay there for years to come.

Great Doctor!. I have been going to this doctor for over 15 years. He has always been very honest and loving towards my pets. He has wonderful morals which are good with a vet because most of them try to rip you off. He has had the same employees for as long as I remember. They also have the lowest prices of any vet I have ever been to!! Huge plus in today's world! Small family style practice, I definitely would highly recommend him.
