Worst experience at Dairy Queen in Tamarac. I will never go to dairy queen again. I bought ice cream for $15. I asked for a little bit more strawberries on the ice cream sunday, they wanted to charge me .75, i said ice cream hardly has any strawberries, but the girl at the window was arguing with me. I asked for my money back, they wouldnt refund me my money. I ask for a supervisor, she said she was the sup. I ask for a manager. At first she told there was no manager, then a few minutes later this guy comes to window and was no help at all. This wasn't about getting extra strawberries on a sunday. It was more about customer service. He was very rude to us, we had kids sitting in the back. My sister asked him where's the manager; he said he was the owner. She asked him his name; he responded "GOD". I was in shock. He then threatened to call the cops. My sister was call the cops, we didnt do anything. We ended up leaving very upset, my niece was crying in the back. It was awful. I hate to say this but it could very well be true. I truly believe if we were white we would not have been treated that way. I will never go to Dairy Queen again. Dairy Queen in Tamarac needs to train its workers on customer service.
