These people are great to work with they give you straight answers and most importantly do not do extra un required work to cost you money , they saved me 500 dollars on the exact same repair that my neighbor had done to his AC, as a property owner and business owner I use them for anything now over 5 times pleasure to work with…

I have been doing business with Mark and Debbie from Appliance Plus for the last 15+ years. I have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with the service that Mark has provided. Not only has he provided SERVICE IN A
TIMELY MANNER but he has always GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND what the problem is!
I cannot tell you the number of times that our washer or dryer has had an issue, usually in the Summertime when it was 90 or so degrees outside (which is where my washer and dryer are) only to have Mark spend hours in the heat making sure that my appliances are running properly. Not only would he fix the problem on the one I was calling about, but he would give the other a lookover just to make sure everything was running properly.
When my 30 year old washer and dryer finally gave out Mark SAVED MEAT LEAST $400 I was about to purchase a bottom of the line washer and dryer from K-Mart I called Mark to find out if it was worth it. Mark had a pair of top of the line Whirlpool washer and dryers that I purchased both for the price I would've paid for one at the store. This is the KIND OF SERVICE that Mark has consistantly provided for me in the years that I have been doing business with Appliance Plus.
Mark helped us install our water heater, has fixed my refridgerator and hooked up my dishwasher. I feel like he is part of the family. I CAN CALL HIM ANYTIME and he ALWAYS COMES THROUGH!
When you find a company that you can count on you stick with them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Appliance Plus and have to all of my friends.
Appliance Plus is a company that you can put into your phone book as the first response to a broken appliance. Its like having a brother in the business!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. This company is terrible! JUST TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! Phoned on Tuesday afternoon, promised they would be here on Wednesday... never heard from them and waited until 5 p.m. Called them and was informed that they were just about to call us and tell us not coming and would be here on Thursday before 12 p.m., NO SHOW at noon, called and was informed that they couldn't make it at that time and would be out by 4 p.m. no show called the office, was informed that they would be out by 12 p.m. on Friday... guess what no show on Friday at noon. Was called and informed that they would be here by 5 p.m. Friday afternoon.... no show... then was called and informed that they wouldn't make it at that time but wanted to keep the evening open if no one else came up before us. Asked the office manager why this is... was informed that it is a business of 40 years and that this happens in the appliance business and that this week has been busy for them. Informed the manager that this was an opportunity to make money for this particular account as the owner of home has multiple properties and that was opportunity for business for them. Office manager reply.. well then your not paying for it so then not your worry. Informed the manager in deed we WERE paying for it and requested to speak with the owner.. manager reply... well you DID speak with the owner yesterday. These ppl have no sense of customer service. I honestly would not hire them if they were the last of the appliance repair/sales ppl in the city! STAY AWAY... FIND SOMEONE ELSE! As far as rating this company ONLY because I HAVE TO.. not they are even capable of a ONE star rating that is what I give them... but in reality a BIG FAT ZERO! STAY AWAY!…
Avoid look for another company. Appliance plus committed to a 1 hour call ahead. Not hearing from them I called to check. The technicain asked if the time can be changed which I agreed to. Again they did not call and he did not show up.…
