The transaction went smoothly from start to finish. All your personnel did their jobs with courtesy and efficiency. Donovan was a new contact. I had prior experience with Tom Krizanic. I hope both will be available when it is time to lease another Hyundai.

Since I had preapproved financing, there was no need to do a credit check on me. I had asked that one not be done. Nevertheless, my salesman Bernard was very patient with me as well as the sales mgr. Jimmy. I was glad to see that on my second trip to the dealership they had ample cars in stock. The first trip, they had 1 car available, and someone took my name and number and never called me. Overall, I am very pleased with my car and I was impressed with the newly remodeled facility. The advertisement persuaded me to return back to Rick Case.
