Great!. Everglades mobile home park is a very safe community and secure. tho they need to be a little less strict about the children there , they do keep everything running smoothly. A couple years ago I was 15 and i went there to see my grandma but they didn't let me in cause I was a teenager. and my younger cousin tried the same thing and the same thing happend to him.…
Near the Fort Laderdale airport and 2 expressways.
Beautiful community near the Ronald Reagan Turnpike and the US 595 Port Everglades Expressway, 12 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The community is very quiet, a peaceful place to live, and the with a lot of water in the lake and canals.
The HOA make a lot of entertaining activities.…

It's a nice community, very quiet, clean located in a beautiful place with the lake. The common areas are clean and the administration takes a good care of them, they even cut the lawn. There is a
beautiful big and clean swimming pool, wit a jacuzzy. The meeting room is big and nice with soom billiards pool tables in good condition.
The neighbors are educated and quiet. There is no special problem with the security I never heard of a robbery or something else.…
Not secure.
There's a gate to the community, but anyone can get in. Just drive up to the gate, make up a name of someone to visit and you're in. Even better if someone walks in or rides in on a bike, they are
not challenged.
Ask community management and they will tell you - they can't stop anyone from entering the park. The gate is only there for honest people.…
