BEWARE ‎. We went to go see a concert at the Bankatlantic Center in Sunrise, we had the customer service desk call a cab and this was the company. The driver was given the address to our destenation and then was show the location we wanted to go to, on a GPS screen, he then procedded to take us to the wrong destination, knowingly. Upon arriving at the wrong location the cab driver attempeted to extort us for cash, saying we gave him incorrect directions. He then threatened to throw us out of the cab, if we didn't shut up, while he then shut off the meter, and attempted to negotiate a flat fee for the ride, and pocketed the money. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS COMPANY.‎

unreliable!!!!. I called yellow cab to schedule a driver to come to my house at a certain time because there is only one train to tampa and i didnt want to miss it. The very hungry dispatcher who was stuffing her face, told me that it would be better for me to call right when i wanted one there. Okay, no problem. After a 20 minute no show, i called to check on the status. She was very rude in explaining it could take upto an hour for him to arrive, and not to bother her with unnessesary calls. so I had a buddy call for one as well from another phone and address. can you believe niether one showed at all and I was forced to take the train the following day.. Despite giving myself an hour and half cushion, i still didnt make it. I will never call yellow cab again, i dont care how easy the number is to remember!!! There is another cab with all 4's..... call that one, they were here in 12 minutes.

He charged me 48.00 from the Westin Hotel to Los Olas Blvd. The correct fare should be 20.00

RUDE!!!. The dispatcher was the worst! I called for a cab and to let her know the time and she began yelling at me! I told her she was rude, and I attend to speak to whoever is in charge. I travel at least twice a month, but I will NEVER use yellow cab again! They need to employ people that actually have common decency!
