Called to complain -- Mgmt was rude and aggressive. I ordered a takeout pizza just before the football game. I rushed home wiht my pizza for the kickoff. The toppings on the pizza were still refrigerator cold and in the middle of one slice of pizza my mother bit into a one inch piece of cardboard embedded in the cheese. The next day I called to speak to the manager and explain that the toppings were cold and about the cardboard. He blamed me for not calling while I was eating it (football is more important than pizza) and then said I was lying and making the whole story up. I guess my aged old mother and I just dreamt about the cardboard she had to pull from her mouth. Only after I threaten to file a bad review -- only then did he say he might give me a discount -- I told him I wasnt interested and I would be filing a bad review -- so here it is. Dont go there if you care about your food and you expect the restaurant to care as well.
this is an old review I dont even know where to begin but at that time the manager may have been either of two people that are no longer with us. A manager tries to the best of their ablities to satisfy all their customers. At any given time anyone can have a bad day but there is no excuse for not being pollite and accept that sometime something can go bad. I cannot change the past all we can do is try to improve from that point on. That is was we do if there is a problem whether its miscomunication, a mistake or just human error , we try and make good on our word that when you come to our restaurant you will be satisfied with your visit
