I recently moved here and needed to find a new good optometrist. Searching the internet and reviews for an optician near Lauderdale By The Sea I found World Eyeglasses and read about Dr. Gary Enker. Because of his location and discounts that provide you with a cheap eye exam, I decided to go to him. The exam was quick and efficient and I was able to pick out new eyeglasses and sunglasses that I love right away.

great full service optometrist and eyeglass store in wilton manors

i highly recommend world eyeglasses for an eye exam and for eye ware. they have great prices on the vision exam and discount eye glasses. the staff is professional and friendly. dr. enker is thorough and up-to-date with the newest technology for eye exams. i got new contact lenses and a designer pair of glasses at a great price, not as bad as the last place.

Dr. Enker's staff and office are exceptional. They are very professional and knowledgeable about eye vision care, eyeglasses, contact lenses and help you find the perfect solution for you, they got me great contacts and I had a lot of problems before. Dr. Enker provide a vision test using the new computers, he's a great optician who really cares about the patient because I gave me tons of information about things that are good and bad for my eyes.

They did a horrible job on expensive Wiley X prescription eye glasses. One pair had a large gap between the frame and lens, the other pair had lenses that would pop out. They don't know what they are doing.

I will like to start by saying THANK YOU to Dr. Enker! I am 53 years old and have been trying to get the correct prescription for my contacts for over 6 YEARS! It wasn't until the visit at World Eyeglasses that I finally was fitted correctly. I have been to various eye doctors including all the major eyeglass stores and have not been satisfied with the results. Yes, at Dr. Enker's there is paper work to complete and there is a wait but all worth it. So they give you various sheets of information, which are very helpful and through these you can ask questions and receive some eye education. There was tons of information that I was not aware of nor did I receive at any of the local eyeglass stores. The exams were very thorough and even more so than any other places I've visited. In relation to the costs, in Boca Raton, I've started with the regular specials of $79.00 for 2 pair of glasses and wind-up at the end paying way over $300.00. So to everyone out there, relax! Dr. Enker is a patient eye doctor who will accommodate your requests. I wanted to be able to have the right contacts prescription for 100% use vs. eyeglasses and he did just that. My previous eye doctor well known in Boca Raton, had me in a reverse prescription for a year and when I told him my vision wasn't clear, I received a response, "That's as good as it gets for your age". Plus he placed me in the most expensive contacts for monovision. At Dr. Enker's my cost was below 1/2 without insurance of what I paid to the previous doctor. For those who complain about the costs, where ever you go and depending on your prescription and extras that you add for your own satisfaction/comfort, nothing is for free. Thank you again Dr. Enker!

He is the best optometrist, providing the newest technology for a quick and efficient eye exam. They also offer a great variety of eyeglass frames for men, women and children. If you need a great optician for eyeglasses or contacts, go to World Eyeglasses. You'll also find they offer great discounts on glasses and contacts. I think he's the best in Pompano.

I have been going to World Eyeglasses for several years and I am never disappointed with their services. Their eyecare services, selection of products and prices are better than the other places like vision works, lenscrafters, foreyes etc. and Dr. Enker is the best with his clientele and I don't have to usually wait for an appointment.

on time and efficient. I needed an eye exam and found dr. gary enker right near my job in Oakland park. There was also an offer of discount eyeglasses so I made an appt and the wait was not bad at all, maybe 10 to 15 mintues. The staff was great, they were on time and efficient. I gotta contact lens exam too. Them was able to look at their eyeglass shop and pick out a great pair of prescription glasses, an eyeglass frame for sunglasses and get new contact lenses at a great price!

World Eyeglasses is a great vision care center. World Eyeglasses is a great vision care center. I needed a new prescription for my contacts and the contact lenses exam with Dr. Enker was thorough and inexpensive compared to other places like 4 eyes or lenscrafters and I felt like Dr. Enker and his staff really cared about my needs and I was not just a number. I got my new contact lenses and they feel great and a great pair of prescription eyeglasses as well at a great price.

most up-to-date eye care. dr. gary enker, owner of world eyeglasses provides the most uptodate eye care and eye exams. my whole family has gone to him for years and receives wonderful vision care at his practice. he is competitively priced, has a wide selection of designer eyeglasses and frames and offers discounts to help with the pricing. he and his staff truly care about your comfort and satisfaction. we won't go anywhere else for our eye care.
