Yes, this hotel was peaceful and romatic in 2008, but it has gone downhill in the past few years. Is old and you can tell they've not kept up with the maintenance. The safety standards of this property are not up to my expectations. We arrived after hours and our keys were left outside for us. Unfortunately, the door to our room would not close because it appeared that the deadbolt housing had expanded after we opened it and it would no longer fit the door jamb. We were not about sleep all night with the door open. Since there was no staff on site, we called the management for help. After repeated promises that someone was "seconds away" no one came, although we waited more than an hour. We finally decided to take our chances finding another place to stay the night at 10:30 p.m. The management had the audacity to attempt to keep our deposit due to their cancellation policy and because they claimed that they tried to fix the situation. We feel we gave them a reasonable opportunity to either change our room or fix our door, but after one hour of waiting and due to the time of night, we just couldn't wait any longer for someone to even show up. Save yourself the hassle and find another place to stay. This place is long past its prime.

Editorial Review. Seaside hotel boasts rooms and apartments with modem data ports, cable TVs, VCRs and complimentary full daily breakfasts.

Charming and Romantic. This was a very nice small hotel. The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated and always stocked with plenty of towels. You can walk from your room to the beach in seconds. I would definitely stay here again.
