OMG What happened to this place. Went to Chucks for my 49 birthday and man was I disappointed. The salad bar plates were HOT and nothing but cheap Iceberg lettuce was offered. I ordered the 14 oz Prime Rib and half was fat. The sweet potato was slightly larger than a Golf ball. They took it back and told me there was none more. I was pissed it was 8:00pm and they were out of Prime Rib??? So. I went outside and had a smoke while my friend continued eating. Soon he came outside and told me they found another piece. AMAZING ! I had lost my appetite and spent the rest of my Birthday dinner sitting in silence watching my friend eat. I found this stupid restaurant disgusting and insulting and will never go there again. Its a real tourist trap and the manager is a real jerk and could care less about my bad experience. Next time im gonna splurge and go to Ruth Chris' Steakhouse and have a REAL quality chunk of meat. Laterz Chuck enjoy the trip downhill.

Definitely went downhill. The place is not what it used to be.

I unraveled my "unused" cloth napkin and there was food all over the napkin. the silverware was dirty. the "chilled" plates for the salad bar were hot and the people replenishing the salad bar were not even wearing gloves.

When we asked for the amnager he came out and didnt even apologize. He just argued with us and told us that the meat was fine and basically dismissed us.

Stay far away from this place. Its not the same "Chuck's" as we remember it. Just the name is the same. Dont let it fool you... and btw for these prices you can get a really decent meal at a well established fine steakhouse. Their prices are way out of line and its not worth getting sick from bad beef
