An outstanding company.. Very friendly, helpful, effective, and fast service. Whats surprising is that they also have very reasonable prices. I had a problem with my MacBook, went and dropped it off at PST, and within a day, they called me and let me know it was ready to be picked up. Other local places such as best buy and comp usa, told me that i needed to buy a new computer. The guys at PST Computers were great, and i will definitely come back for any computer assistance that i may need.

Very nice people, knowlegeable and professional. From the moment I walked in I was treated with courtesy.

I didn't have to wait in line at an Apple store and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand.

The worst experience....do yourself a favor and avoid.. If I could give NO STARS, I would.

I called beforehand to ask if they could handle a simple modification on a computer for my special needs daughter for her Christmas present and was told "no problem". Christmas came and went and now it is March. They broke the part I brought to be installed, made me wait three months, never called me-I always had to initiate communication and they still want to charge me a service fee! This place is a joke. I WISH I'd read a review first but unfortunately went on a referral from someone who had a simple fix.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!. There are better and more honest places to take your mac than PST...

Dont bother with them , since they are everything but honest. They are the kind that will tell you that part A is better than part B when is not true and will lie to you to sell their parts at twice the price.

Also as a previous user stated : they are all for the money ....forget about the customer ..

It is hard to believe they are still in business.

Bend Over with Lube. What should have been repaired in a week took over 7 weeks. They never return their call as they promise. The are closed on weekends at at 5pm during the week. Be prepared to bend over so they can assault you without lube. Horrible experience

Good and Fair Repairs. I have used these guy twice and have found them fair and friendly. I have had problems with the Apple stores- they are a hassle and take all day to get in to brung my laptop in. These guys are in and out and you can usually pick up the next day. I'd give them a chance if you are tired of the Apple store hassles.

(I used them for a iMac repair and a laptop keyboard repair. In response to the other review- yeah, you need to replace the entire keyboard, that's the way the part comes.I don't think he was ripped off.)

long time for repair and they wont tell you. I had 2 experiences with PST computers. Once while my mac was covered with Apple care. I had my monitor replaced. they told me 5 days and it wound up being 3 weeks.

Just the other day I called to see about re-attaching a key on my keyboard. They said the ONLY thing I could do is replace the whole keyboard. I made an appointment at the mac store and they replaced the key at no cost. Keep in mind my warranty is expired. not only that I want to say that they transposed the part and install cost from what apple told me,leading me to believe they are trying to make it seem like they aren't charging more than the part costs.

While they may be able to repair computers their ethics are left to be desired. They are in business to make money and not as interested in helping the customer.
