Don't send your Mom flower's from this place.... Very disappointed...

Received a flower arrangerment sent by sister for Mother's Day. I know it's Mother's Day and it's the busiest holiday but take pride in your work and don't sacrifice reputation... if you have too many orders; don't take anymore because what you pumped out was garbage and will represent you for a long time.

My arrangement: The Asiatic lilies were so wilted they were falling apart; the roses were very poor arranged and wilting and the white matsumoto asters were completely bent over and curled in...dead...dead...dead. Sadly, the nearby supermarket had better arrangements! How a delivery person would have the face to hand this thing to anyone is beyond belief. The only decent thing was the pitcher it came in; different from the standard vase.

My husband was the one who answered the door... I would have sent them right back. I like flowers and have never criticized an arrangement, but ths was so horrible I had to say someting. Don't waste your money sending arrangements through this place...maybe there ok for the one-off non-holiday but I don't want to find out. I like the places that strive to get right the 1st time.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! : ). I Live in Texas and Decided to Order My Grandmother some Flowers in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I Called Fort Lauderdale Florist and Spoke with the Owner Jay to place my Order. He was Very Nice and Friendly and took my order over the phone. My Grandmother Received her Flowers and said they were the most BEAUTIFUL Flowers that she has Ever seen. : ) I Deffiently give them 5 Stars *****. They are OUTSTANDING!
