I recently had the distinct pleasure to meet Bruce with Keno Brothers. Immediately he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was very professional, and his knowledge and expertise he shared was unmatched.

Keno Bother Jewelrs store is just fantastic. When I met Bruce and his wife, to trade in my diamonds, they gave me real appraisal and very accommodating to answer questions with a great smile. To be honest I am a very difficult customer. I have specific needs, and he absolutely filled them up. He gave a great deal and so patient for me to try on different Rolex until I found what I really like. I truly recommend to anyone who are looking for Rolex to see his store. I will recommend Keno Brothers Jewelers to my friends, co-workers and doctors I work with.

Before I went to Keno Brothers, I went to Raymond Lee , the Rolex went cloudy inside after a day trading my diamonds. The owner blamed me for not having the Rolex get inside the shower... I have another one and it never happened before. they were not honest to me that the glass was not tight sealed. RLJ daughter even told me I was a pain cuz I tried a hundred of Rolex before I decide which one to get. And she was not honest to me about the price, giving me different alibi's, making me feel stupid. She said that the last price was $3,500 and the store price was $4,500. So I said u owe me 1,000 back, cuz I trade in my diamonds. The she said no, then after a while she called me to they are goin to return the 1,000 but I said the Rolex was cloudy inside. So I returned it and never came back. Until I google Keno Brothers Jewelers. They are very truthful and honest Jewelry Store and definitely gives value to their customers.

Awesome jewelers. Pichyma08 is obviously a competitor to Keno trying to trash talk. I've done business with Keno brothers for years. They are stand-up, quality guys with integrity! There is a reason they have been in business so long! They treat their customers fantastically.

EX-WIFE CLEANED OUT THE JEWELRY CHEST. >> Unbelievable! The comment below (from Pichyma08 posted on 08/31/10) is from my ex-wife! She tried to sell our family heirloom diamond ring that was supposed to be eventually passed on to our daughter!! When I found out my "ex" was trying to sell it, I put a stop to it, but then she took a similar but lesser quality ring back to the Keno Brothers and tried to pull the wool over their eyes by wanting the same price as the better one! She was laughing ... and she still laughs about all of the alimony I'm still paying her!!

Best jewelry selling experience!. I went to 3 established places to get an offer for my recently deceased mothers jewelry. The owner Bruce Keno was very helpful, friendly and professional. Bruce not only took the time (over one hour at no charge) but explained the complicated process in detail, and how everything is evaluated, from retail value to liquidation value on my jewelry, diamonds and vintage watches. He gave the most on the items he could use, and he consigned the others at triple of what I could have got cash for them. I highly recommend his services. If anyone has anything bad to say about the Keno Brothers, it is because they are leaders in their field and jealous of there integrity. More than likely "cyber assassination" due to the fact they are "spanking" their competition.

This is a great family business with awesome people like Bruce, Brian and Aisha! i wouldnt go anywhere else!

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!!. I was selling my wedding ring set...got Bruce's number off the internet and went to see him, as soon as he saw my ring he said pear shapes arent selling, by the way the ring was very beautiful, over 1 karat center stone...in total the ring was over 5 karats....then gave me this whole long sales pitch, he did make me an offer...he said to look around and get other prices, which I did...a week later I went back to him and said I wanted to accept his offer, well to my surprise he said that he no longer wanted the ring and the offer was only good for that moment...a complete pompous ASS!!!!! But him turning me away was a HUGE blessing, I went to Kravit Estate Buyers in Boca, not only were they absolutely wonderful and knowledgable and diamond experts, they gave me double what Bruce had offered...If your looking to sell a diamond, large ones especially...I HIGHLY recommend Kravit Estate Buyers in Boca....Don't sell it to Bruce, he will rip you off!!!!

Great experience selling my rolex. They appraised and bought my rolex on the spot. Bruce offered me a lot more money than expected.
