Two thumbs down. It's simple. I'm disappointed. I did not receive what I ordered. I requested a yellow cake with buttercream frosting and I received a cake with cream cheese frosting. Of course there's no way to know that until you get it home, cut into it and taste it. When I emailed them to voice my disappointment, they emailed me back that I didn't order the right thing. WRONG! Obviously the person taking the order messed up. So... I politely emailed again, explaining that I DID order buttercream frosting. I did not even receive a response. That's just RUDE.

STAY AWAY. Stay Away from this bakery. The owners are money-hungry and they know nothing about baking - The cakes are moist because they use emulsified shortening which is terrible for you. The key lime cake, orange crunch cake, and any of the lemon frostings are flavored with chemical oil from the Florida Chemical Company. Which is supposed to be used for cleaning!!! They have had rats and roaches infested in their buildings.

Avoid them at all costs, they claim to make everything "from scratch" but almost everything is artificial. The facilities are disgusting.
