Excessive pricing. Would not recommend to anyone. Super expensive. Will never use again and will not recommend to anyone. Plummer wanted to charge $260 plus $39.95 for replacing a part (angle) that cost $7.38 over at Home Deport and takes 15 minutes maximum to install. Also wanted $864 to replace Toilet flange and reset toilet (excessive). Total amount would of cost me over $1200. Called handyman and did all work requested plus more for just $260. Saved tons of money .…
Finally Great Service!!!. Finally in today's world, not only was first experience with Art's Plumbing and Air Conditioning fantastic, but demonstrated when a scheduling mishap was rectified within minutes and the service technician was highly skilled. My new two acre ranch has been a challenge to update and repair with many items that haven't been touched in years. The sprinkler system was the last item on my short list. I misheard the scheduled service date by a week and wasn't pleased when I was informed of the mistake after taking a rare day off work. The dispatcher requested five minutes to get back to me after they contact the technician to see if he could stop by (during his lunch) on the way to another job. Ray P agreed and was there 15 minutes after the call. He fixed the valve and then provided some great tips on getting the system back up and running. After 25 years with UPS, I'm a tough critic on good service and professionalism after a mishap. I felt this deserves mention to others and look forward to the next service event. Way, way overpriced.
A very pleasant company to deal with, but the prices they charge are OUTRAGEOUS.
$1250 to install a new water heater with a 90 day warranty - other companies charge $500-$600 for the same heater with a one year warranty.
This company prays on the consumer that havn't checked prices before calling them. Shame on them!
Even when I told them other companies would do it for $500 they wound't budge on their price.…
Arts Plumbing & Ac. Arts is top notch. Water Weyman came to the rescue. stoped the leak and fixed the problem. he very skilled in his field,I will tell everyone about him. even Coco the dog loved him.
