Great Looking Hotel - Needs a little extra work. This hotel has a great look, especially while driving up the long driveway surrounded by palm trees leading to the front entrance, which is under a large car port, and next to a large water fountain. Bellboy available for assistance with luggage, but never showed up for check-out. Check-in desk not easily identifiable and staff not constantly present. Lobby is impressive with a large atrium and Glass Elevators. . The room was clean, comfortable and classy with detail given to the pillows, soft sheets, furnishings and a private balcony, even though the balcony is very small. Event Staff impressively decorated a hall for our groups new years party. The event's food was average but the event staff employees were very hospitable.…
