Horrible service experience!!
Scheduled an appointment there today to have my oil changed and headlight fixed. Was told that it was 1 1/2 job, which seemed reasonable. Actually took them 3 1/2 hours! When I asked what took so long, I was told that it was the car wash at the end!!! I have never heard of a car wash taking 2 hours???? Total lack of communcation amongst the employees - one told me the car was finished while another told me it wasn't. Then they couldn't find my car. While waiting upstairs at the "country club" which they so highly tout, I was rudely told that I could have one small slice of danish and that was it. Wasn't much to compensate for waiting 2 hours to have my car washed? Go somewhere else where you will likely be treated a heck of a lot better!
Was in for an oil change on December
31st 2012. I didn't have any where urgent that I needed to be so I and decided to wait for it. The vehicle was sent through what JM refers to as Express Service. About an hour later I got a call from the desk saying the vehicle was done, so I paid, was given my keys, and was told it was parked out front, and that I'm all set.
Once I got in the vehicle I noticed that stuff from the glove compartment was scattered all over the passenger side floor mat.
In addition there were used work gloves left on the top of the passenger side seats.
As if that wasn't enough, there was clearly a greasy hand print left by one of the service technicians across the back seat.
WTF type of service is this? And let me please add, that this isn't the first time I had an issue like this at this dealership. The last time I had an oil change I encountered a similar type incident.
Avoid JM Lexus if you can, their service department is bleeping horrible.
For those of you out there that gave five stars on amazing service, let me tell you that you are truly one of the lucky ones.
Prepare to be nickel and dime'd as they say. Disgusting place will not be going back...Management is two-faced, they put on a smile but behind it they care nothing about you. Miss this place from 5 years ago. Dont know what happned.
What you see and hear isnt really what you get.....STAY AWAY........Bait and Switch at its finest then the sales person procedded to get nasty with me.......UM.......I thought I WAS THE CUSTOMER? Very confusing experiance when Im spending lots of $$$
