BEWARE OF FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!. Many of the 5 star reviewers are reviewing multiple dealerships along with othe rmerchants and always providing 5 star reviews. How many cars can you possibly buy in a few months AND WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THAT EACH DEALER IS DIFFERENT AND AWESOME?

No recomiendo los servicios de mantenimiento y carwash.. No remiendo este lugar , el personal de afuera para servicio de mantenimiento no son cortez,.. deje mi carro para un cambio de aceite y carwash y me lo entregaron peor pues se les derramo algo en la alfombra , me quebraron una copa de las llantas ,no le hicieron vacume adentro y por fuera la carroceria sucia ,hable con el manager lo que hizo fue regresarme el dinero y me fui con mi carro sucio.

It was awesome. What I liked most about my visit was the efficiency the car work that was performed. It was completed efficiently and professionally. I really liked having the TV and breakfast. It was awesome. They also kept me informed regularly on the progress of my car.

Al Hendrickson Toyota was exceptional. Went to three other local dealerships and did not get treated well. I have been in sales since 1968 and know what good service is. The service received by the sales staff at Al Hendrickson Toyota was exceptional. The salesperson and manager were professional and very enthusiastic. Took delivery that night of a 2011 Camry XLE. Plan on coming back soon for some extra accessories. Thinking about pinstrips and mud flaps.

They're the most reasonable. I have purchased two Corollas and two Prius over a period of time. While car shopping is car shopping, Hendrickson Toyota is the most reasonable to deal with. If you go there and have a bad experience ask to meet with either Al Hendrickson Jr. or Sr. They are dedicated to satisfied customers.

I love Al Hendrickson Toyota's service department. I am writing this note to let you know how much I love my 1993 Matix and Al Hendrickson Toyota's service department. The car drives well and I purchased one of the very first Matrix's that were made! I purchased in February 1992 when they first started being built. My car still averages 26 miles per gallon. It has almost 100000 miles and the paint looks good and it drives like it was brand new. I came to Al Hendrickson Toyota for service and the experience was great. I look forward to returning soon. Thanks for all you do.

Al Hendrickson Toyota: Great until you make the deal... Then they treat you like feces!. Lousy "after the sale" treatment.

Incompetent and unresponsive personnel (specifically Michael A. St. Clair) employed in the Finance Department of this dealership.

Do yourself a favor and choose another dealer when buying your next Toyota or Scion!
