A boisterous, all-ages crowd of pasta lovers pack this energetic Italian spot, where chefs clad in white hats and red scarves keep diners wide-eyed by showing their moves in the busy open kitchen. The menu boasts family-sized portions of hearty traditional fare, from antipasti, chicken and pasta dishes to seafood, steak and wood-fired pizzas. Signature plates include grilled pork chops, lobster ravioli, and penne rustica with shrimp, grilled chicken and smoked prosciutto in cream sauce.

Not the best of Macaroni Grills. I like Macaroni Grill, however, I have found this particular location a little less satisfying.

On more than one occasion, if not every occasion, the food has tended to arrive over cooked. The Mamas Trio that I usually order comes with the Lasagna rather browned and the other items left dry. To the managers credit, I was given a complimentary Eat Free certificate as consolation, however I continue to find the food overcooked at this location.

I would suggest the Plantation location just north of Broward Blvd on University Drive in Plantation. The Plantation location has, to the best of my recollection, always cooked the food satisfactorily. It may be worth the drive if you wish to experience Macaroni Grills food to the fullest.
