Off-the-rack specials are on-the-money finds, and the casual atmosphere encourages practical shopping and the occasional impulse buy.

ANN TAYLOR LOFT- CORAL SQUARE MALL - SUSAN- OBNOXIOUS!. Employees are pretty decent and helpful, but the store manager Susan is very obnoxious to patrons and employees alike. I would give the store 4 stars based on the employees, but the store manager makes me under-rate this store.

SUSAN, YOU NEED TO GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER - if you do not, then I think the Ann Taylor Loft should find a new manager, because you are scaring customers, with your actions and looks; moreover your actions make you a very UGLY person. Sales will drop if Susan is not fired.
