Worse welcoming receptionist.
I am extremely disappointed by the way AAA auto treats their potential customers over the phone. I called on 06/17/2008 at 1.30 pm. I asked for the used cars department, unfortunately the call
dropped. I called again and asked to be reconnected, and the receptionist said "if you keep calling, you will continue to be disconnected" and then hang up on me.
The manager of the dealership should definitely do something about an employee like her.
