Poor Sevice from Service America. Service America is a service company. the last thing they furnish is SERVICE. We will be canceling our service contract at the end of it's cycle. I recommend that you save yourself a lot of aggravation and use someone else

Please don't waste your money like we did!. Like the other reviews have said... they are a joke.

Way understaffed. We had our A/C go out on us, and had to suffer for 2 days before they showed up. This is very unacceptable. when you pay between 4& $500.00 for a contract per year and then have to pay a $35.00 co-pay every time they come out, you would think the service would be a lot better. Save your money and find someone else!

should be called NO SERVICE America. OMG........ if you want to wait on hold endlessly to make an appointment, wait about a week for an appointment, even if your air cond. is out in 90 degree weather, have them come with NO PARTS to fix anything, wait till they ORDER the parts ,even if you tell them the parts to bring, wait another week for an appointment, wait 4 hours at home for them to show up, then service america is for you!!!!

2 times this year I paid someone to fix emergency stuff, that i couldnt wait for. It was well worth the lack of stress.

Biggest waste of money I spent all year! Over $500 a year to be ignored and annoyed!

unreliable service appointments. Service Appointments must be made several days in advance and then they will provide you a 5 hour window during which time the technician is supposed to arrive.

In my case I had a 8-1 appointment window. It is now 3:30 and still no technician. When I last called, I was told that my technician (Juan) arbitrarily changed my appointment window until 1 to 5.

I initially thought I was going to be able to take comp time in the morning. Now I’ll have to take a vacation day and still no repair.

Service America never called to inform me of these changes. I’ve had to call them for any updates. I’ve basically been confined to my house for the last 7.5 hours waiting on these guys.

My experience has been that you get much better service with American Home Shield at a similar price.
