The Winners Circle is a great place to live!

The Winners Circle is a great place to call home. I would like to address the previous reviews posted by others. First is the "Disappointed" reviewer. Written notice is required by just about every rental community prior to your lease expiration. Not only are you told this when you sign your lease but its clearly written in the lease. They have a page you have to initial that directly states 90 days notice for intent to vacate. If you perhaps missed that or didn't read it before you signed it than in my opinion its your fault. Also 90 days before your lease expires the office will hand deliver this same notice in your door. So please don't trash the community because of your inability to read.

The other review "We feel cheated" is also bothersome to me. I have lived in 3 different buildings in The Winners Circle. Never once have I seen or heard of any rodents aside from the occasional raccoon which sometimes wander over from the forest preserve area located on the west side of the community. As far as your trash being at your front door that's your problem. We have valet trash and the instructions for this service is to place your garbage in the collection container around 5pm just prior to the pick up time. If you leave your trash outside your door all day or on the weekend when there is no trash pick up than of course your going to attract rodents. We live in Florida and in a semi rural area. Wild animals are just par for the course. My only two complaints about The Winners Circle are the few slobs we have living here, not the staff.

On the weekends when there is no valet trash pickup you are expected to dispose of your garbage, if needed, on your own in they community trash compactor. It seems that we have a few neighbors, who rather than placing their garbage in the compactor, will just toss their nasty trash on the ground right in front of the compactor door. HOW FREAKIN LAZY DO YOU HAVE TO BE? This of course gets all the furry critters from the forest area to come out looking for free meal. The other issue is with the security gates. No matter how many times they fix the gates some moron (you know who you are) rams the metal gates and breaks them. Almost like clockwork every weekend. I cant believe that anyone would risk the damage to their car but I have a feeling whoever is ramming the gates probably cant put their trash in the compactor either.

So in all fairness don't trash the community or staff because of your inability to read or your laziness with your own garbage. The Winners Circle is a terrific place to live and I have called this place home for more than 4 years.

Disappointed!!!

WARNING! WARNING! The staff will be delightful, especially as they take your money. They have their little catch: send in written notification that you are moving, even though in the contract it stated a move out date. Great way to steal by contract! They are more like "losers circle" to me. Hope it doesn't happen to others.

we feel cheated

BEWARE!! this community has a rodent problem, they live in your walls so you can hear them scurrying at night. we know management is aware of this becuase we saw where the building was patched up where the rodents were entering. we think they are trying to find other ways out because one actually chewed thru the walls and entered our home. it was the most disgusting experience and we pray we do not have other holes.

these living conditions are not acceptable and we are anxious to move out when the lease is up.

if you are up in the early mornings or late night, you can see them around your garbage. the garbage is located in front of your door so you cannot miss them

• Cons: rodents!

looks can be deceiving

this property looks great but they do not value their tenants. The staff is very unprofessional and not personable. Not even willing to compromise when they are at fault.

The garbage bins right outside the apartments may look convenient but it only attracts nocturnal creatures digging in the trash and the gates are broken most of the time. You also need to make sure you are getting the unit that was presented to you during the time of the "sugar coated tour". Our apartment was not even in move in condition. To top things off, the maintenance took forever to fix the ice maker!

The place has great upgraded appliances but looks can be deceiving! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!
