Best Stroboll EVER

We ordered three large for a department meeting. Rebecca (who answered the phone) was very helpful and professional. The order arrived on time, piping hot, and was the best (*sigh*...yes there were "discussions" over the leftovers). We highly recommend this Pizzeria!

Great Pizza

The first time i visited Bella Roma was about 6 months ago and was told this was the best Pizza around. After eating my first slice I have to agree. The sauce had a hint of sweetness and was great, the dough and thickness of the slice was as good as any ive had in New York City. This is truly New York style pizza. I went back again last month and again the pizza was just as good as my prior visit. I just moved to Margate and ordered my first pie, the girl taking the order was very pleasant on the phone, advised the pie would be there in 45 minutes, which it was, and was hot. I would definitely suggest you try this restaurant.

THE WORST SERVICE !

tHIS PLACE HAS THE BEST PIZZA IF YOUR NOT ORDERING ON TUESDAY ! THE PEOPLE ANSWERING THE PHONES DON"T GIVE A F__K ABOUT YOU OR THAT YOU ARE A PAYING CUSTOMER ! THEY ARE RUDE AS HECK AND YOU WILL WAIT TWO HOURS FOR YOUR PIZZA IF YOU GET DELIVERY ! THEN WHEN YOU FINALLY GET YOUR PIZZA . IT IS COLD AND THEY USE CHEAPER INGREDIENTS ON TUESDAY CAUSE THEY HAVE A $ 7.00 SPECIAL ! THEY SUCK ! I'M GOING BACK TO PAPPA JOHNS TONIGHT !

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

Thank you DPIZZA because I agree that the staff at bella roma is very unprofessional. I used to go there about once a week because my job is literally in walking distance but it's not worth it. I will walk in and people are sitting on the counter, ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS must be kids/teenagers because they are oblivious, obnoxiously horsing around, cursing like truck drivers in front of everybody (and I don't mean words like 'damn', they say, 'Fu&*' without hesitation), and for the prices of their not-that-serious Italian food combined with the tacky behavior, it's simply not the place to go. Coconut Creek is a great city and has many other options for food where the businesses actually care about their customers. I have tried to call myself to complain but all I get, "Ok, thanks. ::click::" . Wow.

Go Elsewhere

We were long time customers of Bella for many years. We gave them our birthday business, take out, dine in, and got all of our freinds to order from them. We ordered a dinner selection and a pizza one night to be delivered and after an hour the entire order was wrong, No problem we'll give them a pass, call and straighten it right out. Not so easy. My wife called to tell them and the gentleman on the line was rude and wouldn't even let her finish talking before he hung up on her. She was furious so I called back and asked to speak to the manager and a young lady said the manager is not here, so I said ok let me speak to the young man who just hung up on my wife, so he got on the phone and started doing the same thing with me and to my suprise he identified himself as the owner. He still wouldn't let me finish and was just plain rude to me. I said I would just like you to send me my money back which came an hour later. It is beyond me how this arrogant owner can be so blind to the state of our economy, just blindly letting business go by the wayside when all he had to do in the first place say sorry we'll get you out what you ordered. I don't know about any of you but money is tight for us now and ordering take out has gone from just another Saturday night a year ago to a liitle luxury in these times, I pledged to do whatever I can to make sure someone else doesn't have to waste their time and money. For the same quality food in Coconut Creek and STELLAR service, go to Lorenzo's instead. Tell Frankie and Joey we sent you
