It's hip to dip at this cozy fondue-lover's paradise..
In Short
Booths equipped with tabletop fondue pots are clustered together inside the intimate dining room. Start with a cheese fondue, including an assortment of breads, veggies and fruits for dipping. Entrees include lobster, center-cut filet, fish, chicken and vegetarian selections served with a variety of dipping sauces. For dessert, try the flaming turtle, a mix of chocolate and caramel flambéed tableside, served with nut-covered marshmallows, fresh fruit, pound cake, brownies and cheesecake.

Best All Around in Coral Springs.
The first time I visited The MeltingPot in Coral Springs, my wife had to drag me there. The thought of having to cook your own food did not appeal to me at all. My pre-concieved notions quickly dissolved once the friendly and well-informed server, Missy, explained the entire dining experience. See, since everything is cooked right there in front of you, it is always warm and fresh from the first hearty bite of cheese fondue to the last decadent morsel of chocolate. The best value is what they call "The Big Night". This includes all four courses (cheese, salad, entree, & chocolate). The entree we like to get is the 'fondue feast'. It has nice assortment of seafood, chicken, filet mignon, sirloin and veggies. This is served with a variety of homemade sauces so you can flavor your food any way you want. My wife and I have been going there for years for our "date night". The staff is always genuinely courteous. The managers know us and always stop by our table, and the dining room is cozy and comfy. Recently, we just found out that kids eat free on Tuesdays, so now we bring along our son, have a nice "family night", and we dont have to pay for a babysitter. We love this place!
