Excellent Customer Service & Friendly Staff. My wife and I picked up our glasses today. We just love the friendly atmosphere. Rob & Janis are great with their down to earth courteous professional service. We love coming to CCO because of them, plus they have beautiful trendy quality eyewear for everyone's needs. Skilled and Professional Service. I have been a customer of Coconut Creek Optical for many years. They are always extremely courteous and professional as well as having a great selection of frames. If you want an experienced staff that will help find the best frame for your face at competitive prices then make Coconut Creek Optical the place to buy your glasses! Beats the non personal franchises any day hands down!

Waste of Time and Money. I went to Coconut Creek Optical To get a new pair of glasses. This place looks as if it hasn't been updated since the 1960's. The lady at the counter was nice, but thats where it ended. The Optician was Rude and very unprofessional. He told me that your here for inexpensive glasses and that is the kind of treatment I should expect. The store has a bad mildew smell and the selection looks like it has been there forever. The prices were high for the items I was getting, which I found out once I left and went to another store down the road. If your looking to be talked down to, overpay, and just be treated like garbage then this is the place.
