Terrible Workmanship & Customer Service. Terrible company, my son took his car here... the workmanship is terrible and dealing with Chris is worse, he lied to us about the progress of the car, every time we asked when it would be done he would say by the end of the week...this went on 3 weeks. The front bumper had runs in the paint, the roof divider was peeled up & then they tried to reattach it, the piece is self adhesive & thin metal so it looks like crap and will not stay down. They got paid to fix the rim & did not, the hood has defects in the clearcoat & paint, the whole front bumper was replaced by the insurance company & it's missing 6 out of 10 clips on the lower splitter, where the new wheel well plastic connects to the new bumper 4 of 8 screws missing. To top it all off they gave him the car back after dark to hide alot of the defects, then when we called them all we heard was excuses, you hurried us (2 months)or well the run in the bumper is because it is hard to paint on the curves & so on and so on! As a matter of fact they called my son on a friday said it was done, when he got there the bumper wasn't even on the car...so he waited another 3 hours. I would Never Recommend anyone to this company!

TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!. They have a new owner that is 20 years old as of 2009. Their reputation is purely on the previous owner's.

They defrauded my girlfriend's insurance company and AAA after AAA had recommended them after a serious accident and only repaired half of the damage they were paid for, additionally they recommended alternative work that 'needed' to be done and didn't even fix those issues. We had a second opinion from a dealer and they confirmed half the of the work was done (the major work needed was excluded)! After filing a complaint they sent a threatening message to her cell phone.

I would never go to these people ever again and hope no one else does either. If you value your $$$ then go elsewhere or they will empty your wallet with far below average work!!! Terrible business practice and customer service!!!
