Bad Service. I went to get service on my car here, it's the worst and bad experience i've ever had there. it's like they love people money but they're not doing what they're suppose to do. My car was making a noise and they told me i'm suppose to do wheel-bearing and the noise will go away. After they fixed it, the car is still making the same noise and they ask me to pay a lot so they could fix it. I told them to change the oil in the car but they told me they did which i don't believe because the car still have the same sticker from the last time i changed my oil.…
Excellent Repairs. My 2012 Fiat 500 needed special attention. My wife was involved in an accident and Auto Tech and Body handled the whole repair process with such ease. they repaired the body and paint, fixed the radiator and a/c issue and did a wheel alignment. excellent service. They finished the repairs in a shorter time than what the insurance said. Even the adjustor was impressed by their facility when he came to inspect the car. Excellent Repair Facility. I just picked my Lexus after having it for a week at the shop. I was in an accident and the car required a new bumper, fender, hood, a/c condenser, radiator, radiator support, wheel alignemt... for a total of $3700.00- I was concerned since the car was pretty mangled up- car looked like new and drove better than before the accident. since these folks have a full service facility. they gave me a complimentary mechanical inspection to make sure that everything is repaired properly and the car is back to manufacturers specs. the girls at the front desk are pretty and pleasant and the adjustor kept me involved and informed of every step of the repairs. EXCELLENT Body and Mechanical shop.
I was referred to this shop by my neighbor last year after an accident I had with my car,
they are a beautiful Facility with rental on premises,their administrator Mei managed all my paperwork with the insurance and got my car back looking like brand new.
Last week I asked my neighbor to refer me to a mechanic shop,since I decided to keep my car another year or 2..... he referred me to them again.
I was blown away with all what they do there including a night shift to expedite work. My car took 2 days to have my A/C repaired, replaced the L axle and advised me that the car does not need the brake work for another 8-9 months ( the dealership told me it's totally worn out).
This place saved me lot of money this year and I'm glad they're less than 20 miles from my home.
I highly recommend them to anyone like myself that work hard to earn a living and looking for a good, honest and fairly priced repair shop…
