Mass1000... Im that manager. Id rest well knowing that my staff knows that i would react this way, when you yell and belittle the sweetest young server to the point were she cried to me. Also its very important to point out that, the reason we didnt ask you to leave immidiately is because we are a civil bunch of hard working people, and wont go down to that level. Everyone has a bad day, but its no excuse to take it out on others. A very busy restaurant like Santino's unfortunately sometimes has a few waits and mistakes, its unavoidable... people make mistakes.Thank you for your possitive comment on the quality of the pizza... which i make 6 days a week open to close.

Chicken Angelina is wonderful!. If you want a real treat ask the Hostess if the chef can make you "Chicken Angelina" for a special treat. Delicious chicken cutlets sauteed in a lemon garlic white wine sauce with artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and capers. It sometimes is offered as the evening dinner special but if not, I've asked and they happily prepare it for me. Whether you eat in or take away you'll always have a great meal.

One Good'ol Italian "Neighborhood Restaurant". While not a Luxo restaurant by any means, this restaurant shines in the quality food it serves up, in a nice neighborhood style setting. I have dined there or "ToGo" a number of times and they have not failed me. The staff has always been friendly and accomodating. Although I am not a Food Guru or Critic, it seems to me that they use high quality ingredients in preparing their dishes. They are always tasty, and their Pizza is just right. Kudos.

Bad service, worst store manager. It took for ever to get service, others came after us got service, manager told us "if you don't like the service I can make your order to go and you don't have to come back here, we have plenty of customers"

Good pizza, will work with you on special orders. I guess its hard for me to like Italian resaraunts because of my double whammy, I'm italian and I'm from New York. It makes me very hard to please. This is a good Italian resaturant with good pizza, but I wouldn't write home about it!!!
