Bad Experience. My husband and I dined in during the holidays. The food was terrible. Plan to call the corporate office and make the effort to call. The service was nice but both dinner items ordered were poor quality. I was very disappointed because the food was not inexpensive.
the service was nice and the place itself had a great feeling to it. the lady who served us was attentive.
the food on the other hand was not bad but not good. just okay. Ordered blackned dolphin for starters and it was so salty. the wings were to be some tangy something instead it tasted like regular bbq sauce.
what a terrible experience.
the waitress we had was Stephanie. It took forever for us to order and then to get our food. I ordered fish and chips and one bite of a fish tender.
We asked for the bill after we sat for at least 15 minutes.
I asked for a container when she brought the bill.
after another 8 minutes I left with the entire plate of food on the table.
This was the worst experience I have ever had a restaurant. I t is the second time we have been there and IT WILL BE THE LAST.
I SPEND $57.00 AND CAN'T EVEN TAKE MY DISH I ORDERED SO I COULD EAT IT.
I will follow this complaint up with a call to corporate and speak to the GM.
I would advise against going because the service was absolutely horrible..
I tried to post this without a rating and it wouldn't let me. I had to give it one star even it was not warranted.
