Tips for Hops Restaurant Bar & Brewery

Bad service. Service has been bad for last 8 months, food does not arive at the same time as rest of your party, steak is tough, beer is great but when you order beer from your waitress she does not follow it up, the bartender pours the beer in a frosty glass but it usually stay at the bar for 10 minutes before the waitress picks it up and no longer frosty mug.... it is a shame, main problem is the waitress handles 6 or 7 talbe at the same time...go figure
