Worst Hair Service EVERRRR!. This place DOES NOT deserve any stars!! They ran out of hair coloring half way thru my hilights then ran over to Sally Beauty Supply next door to buy more!! Then had the nerve to charge me an extra $50 because they had to buy the extra coloring!?!? The entire staff is rude and does not listen to your request. They end up doing what they feel. Both times I had my hair done there they charged way more than they originally told me when I made the appt! NEVER GO HERE! Read many reviews and choose an experienced hair stylist or ask around for referrals. This place should just close their doors - they know NOTHING about hair, nails, or make up!!!…

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Had an APPOINTMENT and still waited for 6 HOURS to get a simple service. The young lady understood little to no English, kept taking other clients who came in after me, so she kept stopping and starting all the time. Left under the dryer for an HOUR, left in the waiting area for an HOUR while she did someone else's hair who walked in. IF YOU WANTED TO GET TREATED LIKE CRAP AT A SALON THAT DOES POOR WORK TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK...THIS IS THE SALON FOR YOU!!!! They only got one star because I had to click something to post a response. Oh and did I forget, they advertise high end products but use other products in high end bottles. They say they use high end products and they are not!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I made the mistake of having my wedding hair and makeup as well as several members of the bridal party done by these awful women. They had only two staff come, one of them being Nisha, the owner. I believe they overbooked themselves that day. She doesn't have a clue about applying makeup or color matching. She wouldn't let me see what see was doing as she was applying makeup to me...this should have been a red flag. The only woman she brought with her to do hair did not speak much english and was suprisingly rude and insulting! They did not follow instructions regarding the hair and did whatever was easy for them. Nisha collected over $600 dollars for me to wash off her makeup and apply my own from my purse and straighten my own hair. I was almost an hour late to the church. They also used cheap henna and it faded after only three days! They charge exhorbitant prices if you mention anything about weddings or brides, but provide terrible service. Definitely don't use them for anything important like a wedding!!! I am full of regret for going to such awful people!!! Spare yourself please!…
