Look elsewhere if you have the time. The Good: Well kept, clean, and quiet. No kids so far that I've seen. Heard a few small dogs that I thought weren't allowed. Older tenants with a few yuppies and young couples. The Bad: office staff and owner attitude(the property manager talks down to you as if she is the boss and you are the employee or she is the teacher and you are the student or she is the parent and you are the child), long list of things you can't do (no bbq on patio/porch/anywhere, no guests/pay $12 per day for guests, they send a memo telling you to check for water leaks when they notice a difference in their water bill and if no one reports a leak anywhere that needs to be fixed they will start charging for water or tack it on to your rent or whateverl so I guess you're expected to be a maintenance tech as well). The buildings are not well numbered (tiny #'s) so be prepared to wait outside to steer your guests in the right direction. 1960/70's ac units very loud be prepared to turn tv volume up everytime it kicks on and turn tv volume down everytime ac unit shuts off. The laundry rooms are locked at 10pm so if you work the night shift you have to do your laundry on your days off. This is cool if they've had a problem with burglaries but not if they're just being inconsiderate.…
