NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!. My wife & I were recently introduced to mountain biking and wanted to buy bikes, gear plus get some insight. We went here because of the previous reviews. We walked in and there was only one other customer there. There were 4 employees gathered around this one customer listening to him talk about his ride on the trails. We looked around at all the bikes, equipment and clothing for a while ( 15 minutes ). When no one came over I walked over to the counter and asked if someone could help us. A woman asked me what we needed and I replied we were looking to buy some new bikes. She said she would be with us in a minute. We waited another 10 minutes and then left without saying a word. The same woman that I talked to watched us walk out without so much as saying a word. We left and went to another bike store that was recommended to us by a friend. We walked in and were instantly greeted and helped within minutes. This particular store was very busy. After being allowed to ride various models, we then purchased two bikes and all the gear. I have been back to this store a couple of more times since to give them another chance and the same results. When I am with my Mountain biking friends and we talk about stores to go to, this is one EVERYONE says to stay away from. OVERPRICED AND POOR SERVICE! Unless you have a Specialized brand of bike, they will not give you the time of day. Find out for yourself. Word of mouth is the best and worst form of advertising. Good luck to the store, I hope they eventually get it right. By the way, I live right around the corner from the store and I am willing to drive out of my way just to get good service.

prices are retail, perhaps a wee bit less - but that's not the point.
The staff is more than willing to spend time with you picking out the best bicycle, trikke, shoe, etc. for you. I have not noticed any difference in the quality of service between when i am purchasing a $25 item or a $300 item. And the staff is willing to correct any wrong information you (as the customer) may have about a product so that you don't leave with something that will not suit your need or situation and ultimately be dissatified.
I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years now and I am very satisfied with their level of service.
